I booked a Thomson holiday, the advert stated deluxe room with garden view. I payed for the holiday, the invoice states deluxe room with garden view. Thomson change notice states due to their error garden view not guaranteed. It was the garden view that that was the clincher for me however it now appears that the garden view was never an option and therefore the the holiday was always incorrectly described. I now wish to be given the garden room (which is in the gift of Thomson) or simply cancel and have my money refunded. My preference is the former. It seems all too easy to mis-describe a holiday to attract customers then simply dilute the terms with a change notice. It would appear that this holiday was mis-described from the outset.
