Complaint against Tui

Dear Consumer Champions   It is with utter frustration why I am writing to you today.   After over 50 calls to Thomson (TUI), around 30 emails to their customer service line, Directors and even the Managing Director. I am still none the wiser as to what is happening to my case. In fact I was told today that my case had been closed!   As you can imagine I am now at my wits end and would welcome your help and support in relation to how I get my case resolved. I’m also happy to publicly shame TUI in relation to their vision and values which appear to not relate to customer who return from their holidays.   I do hope you can help me please feel free to contact me anytime on the mobile below or via email.   Regards Shawana
