Complaint against Tui

We have booked a holiday with Thomson online for a hotel in Sardinia (Casteldoria Mare) for two weeks. This was supposedly a new hotel for 2017 within walking distance of bars and town and with a spa - as advertised in their brochure and online last year. We had to book in good faith as there were no reviews and Thomson would not give us any details or uptodate pictures on the hotel, so alarm bells rang. Guests have started arriving this month at the hotel and the trip adviser reviews are shocking, to say the least. The hotel is not finished, it is 2km from any bar or restaurant and there is no spa, the hotel is dirty and the food is awful. There was a mass evacuation of people to other hotels on the first day and Thomson have said that they are monitoring the situation. We want to be transferred to another hotel now as we are going in 3 weeks and it is upsetting that we are going to have to go out there and face all this, as Thomson are refusing to help in any way and keep quoting terms and conditions. Why can they not transfer us to a hotel we will be transferred to anyway, as this is obviously breach of contract on their part?
