Flight delay compensation

Complaint against Tui

I have written 3 times and rang Thomson about a 3 and a half delay in landing at our arrivel. On the 3rd of September from Faro our flight was due to depart back to Luton at 12.40 and land back Luton 15.25 but was delay and did not land back at Luton until 19.00. By law if landing is over 3 hours late landing we are entitled to claim. Our landing was 3 and a half hours late. Flight num tom5401 booking ref 4574216. Also still have our boarding passes for myself and partner. Still have not had any respond to this matter. Next step will be taking it to small claim court. Please advise
