If your e - ticket is wrong????

Complaint against Tui

My e-ticket was incorrect. On the Tui header the instruction is: CHECK ONCE, TWICE AND TWICE AGAIN So I did,and it was incorrect. Nowhere does it say what you can do if the ticket contains errors, and it has taken 3 days and some expensive phone calls to finally get a' hand typed' confirmation email with an explanation and the correct information clarified. It seems there is no way their system can cope with a corrected amended e-ticket. Am I dealing with some small back street Company here? it certainly feels like it.
