Injured on holiday ignored by thompson rep could not get the appropriate treatment abroad

Complaint against Tui

I was injured on holiday had a very deep cut on my knee. The accident happened on the beach in was taken to the local state hospital stitched up n given a prescription it was a dirty hospital n not much hygiene when I got back to the hotel I spoke to the thompson rep she ignored me I wanted to get hold of my insurance company n find out where I could get my medication from n what the medication was as it was written in Turkish. The holiday rep was too busy to assist me I was left in so much pain n I asked a hotel entertainment team to get my medication but they could not explain what I had I'm am on no tablets n didn't want to take anything that could interfere with it. I couldn't walk properly n needed my bandage changed I had 2 young children with me n was in severe pain I was worried how I would get home because I couldn't bend my leg Only on the last day when I showed her a picture of my cut did she call a local doctor who charged me for a fit to fly cert he told me I should have had proper treatment n my cut was infected at that point the holiday rep got worried I complained to thompsons and they wrote back to say my accident happened on the beach and did not accept that their rep was at fault for not assisting me I told them I only booked with them because I knew a rep would be at hand if I experienced any difficulty but thompson did not care my holiday was ruined
