made to wait then memberof staff told to go to another member of staff

Complaint against Tui

Went in to have a print of boarding passes , the assistant said she wont be a minute while on phone as the customer she was getting info for went out to do some shopping so we waited and waited untill she finshed her call , we thought then we would be next to see her oh No this customer was her priority when she came back sat down and we was told to to another assistant i did make apoint about what happened and we was treated as though we was in the wrong , this isnit good enough we have been going to Thomson travel agent in sudbury for many years , and we have never been treated in this way , it has made us feel that we dont want go in there again .
