Complaint against Tui

Four people on 7 day package holiday, hotel was good but journeys there and back was horrendous, Tui app was not working, i called Tui in London twice, not much help there, we arrived at bhx airport and there was a massive queue for the Tui desk, apparantly the people queueing were for all Tui flights.. Eventually got to check in and the conveyor belt wasnt working, we got onto our aeroplane and was delayed again because some luggage was missing The return flight was delayed again and after we got on the plane our seats were 41 abcd and we could barely get into the spaces, the aisle side arm rest didnt move out of the way. My son explained to the stewardess that we were 76 and 74 years old and my husband had arthrytis throughout his body but he only got a very rude response, we realise that she couldnt be held responsible for the seat allocation but a bit of compassion would have helped, these seats are not suitable for some people as they are so cramped, we couldnt pre book our seats or we wouldnt have been in this position. To add insult to injury we waited 1 hour and 25 minutes from landing until the luggage arrived on the carousel. Tui you need to get your act together or most of the people traveling that day wont be using you again. Flight tom 7604 on 15th of june, tom 7605 on 22nd.
