Complaint against Tui

My family and I returned 2 weeks ago having spent a wonderful week in Rhodes. This was very much in spite of TUI and their Atlantic Imperial ‘Sensimar’ Hotel. Complaints had to be made about the return flight time being changed to the middle of the night, consigning us to appalling treatment (both ways) in Rhodes airport, a cockroach in the main atrium of the hotel, lipstick on a glass in the hotel restaurant, a plug socket hanging out of the wall on the corridor outside our room and a hotel staff member barging into our room while we were there (one in the shower...). Most shocking of all is that TUI have neither acknowledged, nor responded to any of the complaints made…. Draw your own conclusions...
