Complaint against Tui

We booked months ago and were specific about the following No noise at all Upgrade to superior room £146 We had stayed here 4years ago Two weeks before travel I was handed a letter to inform me that our flight times had changed along with a sheepish note to say that there may be MINIMAL disruption at the hotel NOTHING TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT WERE RYANS WORDS 😡 Since we have been here we had to change room on the first morning as we were facing the building site from our balcony and the noise was unbelievably loud Because they had no SUPERIOR ROOMS we had to down grade so that's the first claim of £146 we want back for a room that we did not have . And since arrival it has been jack hammers all day every day from 8am -8.30 pm 😡 We have discussed the issues with our rep and requested to be moved to another hotel she refused this request as she stated that because we were able to still use the facilities which we replied that it was impossible to enjoy any form of relaxation here 😡 She seemed happy to tell us that the work will be finished in 6 weeks which really didn't help us ?? So we have spent most days out of the hotel costing an average of 20 euros per day just to get some quiet whilst we have paid £1560 for an all inclusive holiday of which has been ruined . PLEASE ASSIST US IN THIS 👍👍👍
