Complaint against Alpharooms

I booked a hotel in vilamoura through these last week and paid in full when I made the booking. A couple of days later I received an email to say the price had gone up and now they want me to pay an extra £200 despite already paying in full for the hotel I had booked, as you would expect I refused to pay the extra and told the company I expect them to honour the price I paid. The day after I received another email to say my booking had been cancelled as there was 'a lack of availability' which was clearly a lie. I decided to ring them and found out there is still availability at the hotel I originally booked so I again asked to honour my original booking and price which they would not agree to do. They instead offered me a standard apartment instead of luxury suite I booked for an extra £200. I was told they would speak to the hotel yesterday and get back in touch with me to come to an agreement which they still have not done. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
