Terrible service. Booked two weeks all inclusive in a five star hotel by the coast and received all expected confirmation emails. Emailed me weeks later to inform that due to a technical issue they had reallocated me to a different hotel. This hotel was 4 star, lower rating on Trip Adviser, not on the coast and £250 cheaper than the hotel I had a confirmed booking with. As the hotel I had a confirmed booking with still has availability I expected them to sort the matter out and get me a room at the availably hotel at the price agreed. I can still purchase the same hotel for the same dates through their site as well as direct or with other companies. They have refused this instead suggesting I take a refund and pay the additional £250 to stay in the hotel I have a confirmed booking with. Buyer beware.
