Complaint against Alpharooms
Many mistakes made by the company, firstly charged me twice and took the full amount for a holiday instantly twice against my wishes. I asked them to rectify this ASAP as it was a large sum and I cannot be without it: they promised in word and written that this will be reversed in 24 hours. 2 days later still nothing. Emailed them and was ignored. Called them and have a chain of horrific service with the most unfriendly staff blaming me saying it’s not their fault but mine?! That I was charged twice? That I now have to wait until they decide to refund me. They shouted and hung up after accusing. I am disgusted with this. I put my faith in them and they destroyed it many times. I am left without any reassurance. I’m at a massive loss as they charged me double the amount. They have not refunded me. Have said they won’t. Treated me very badly. I need them to be dealt with and get my money back.
