Hi. On 2nd March my bus trip was cancelled. The staff asked me to ask for refund but since I bought the ticket online I need to call Easybook for the refund process. I’ve been calling them everyday but none of my call went through. Besides, I emailed them about my enquiry as well but they haven’t respond till today. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed by their lack of attention and I wish they will improve their customer services. I don’t think I will be using Easybook anytime soon. Money and time had been wasted.
