Too compacted, no seats, not enough carriages

Complaint against c2c

The time change wasn’t so bad before Christmas, for that reason…people were off for Christmas. Coming into the New Year, the commute coming home from work has been absolutely horrendous to the point I dread work because of the journey. The c2c was such a pleasant experience until they decided to halve trains and ‘fix’ something that was never broken.
