Complaint against Warner Leisure Hotels
I’ve written to Warner’s with regards to holiday vouchers. My husband and I went to Bodelwyddan Castle Hotel in 2015 to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The whole experience was disastrous; from difficulties booking, rude inexperienced staff, witnessing staff arguments, no emergency help in fact reception thought it was appropriate to laugh at us, queues and delays in the dining rooms, the ‘celebration experience ‘ was a joke from the mixup over evenings, no clue as to who’d purchased it for us and absolutely no difference to the evening before.( apart from two soggy bits of bread with an indescribably paste on top).100%not worth £50. Being the quiet couple we are we didn’t complain and politely told the family it was ok. Unfortunately my niece has decided to gift us £250 worth of Warner’s Holidays. Imagine our horror and disappointment at having the opportunity to repeat thus experience! I have written to Warner’s (09/07/2018) to explain and request a refund... to no avail or response. Please help !!!
