Complaint against Trainline
Trying to have 'Beast from the East' refund request for tickets progressed. One of the most intimidating experiences ever. 'Manager' rude and belittling. In my view he demonstrated a blatant disregard for my consumer rights with derision towards me expressed. Conflicting information at every stage of numerous conversations, inadequate training, overbearing attitude and overt erosion of my right to complain by saying any complaint about customer service would negate request for refund.
