Complaint against Trainline
DO NOT USE I bought return rail tickets to Manchester printed tickets. The ticket were scanned on the train and rejected as cancelled. I had to pay an extra £70 for return tickets. Trainline refuse to reimburse my original payment insisting that I converted them to e tickets when I told them I had not otherwise I would have used them. I provided proof of printing my tickets and the new tickets I had to pay on the train but they still refused to reimburse me.
