No customer service, worst holiday
Complaint against Voyage Prive
Booked a holiday for 4 adults and this company gave us one standard room with a double bed and a bunk bed. They charged us a price for 4 adults. They refused to response over the phone just kept saying send an email to customer complaints. 3 months after the holiday still no response. This is a company pretending to offer a luxury service but run by machines and cutting corners. Will never use them again. Be warned.
