Voyage Privé

I booked a hotel Mr & Mrs White in Corfu Town. Following my booking I went online to book a private transfer from the airport to the hotel only to find it was 45 mins drive from Corfu town. I called Voyage Privé customer service team who put me on hold & then told me I could cancel online for £220 !!! I explained again it was falsely advertised as it clearly said on the heading it was in Corfu town & even had pictures of Corfu town on the website pictures & was told the same thing to cancel on the website. I then asked to speak to a manager & was told one was not in. I then asked for one to call me back as I wanted a full refund but one never bothered to call. I then put my complaint on messenger that was read & no one replied. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL.... I am now contacting ABTA.
