Missed flight

Complaint against Travel Republic

I booked a 5 day city break with travel republic. We accidentally missed are flight . I rang british airways who did not have a 24 hour number . I rang travel republic who told someone would ring about 9 o clock next day.. no one rang so i rang again . I was told there was no flights for that day and to ask.the hotel to stay an extra day but was told no. I rang travel republic again who told me to go to the airport and beg all the airlines for a flight. I asked british airways who said it was down travel republic to sort it as i booked through them and if i booked with them they would have put us in a hotel until the next flight. I rang travel republic again and was told there was nothing they could do even a thou it states on there webpage that they would not leave u stranded in a forgein country at the airport. I ask to speak tp there manager but was put through to a supervisor who.was very rude and has no people skills and explained my situation and how i had enough money for one more meal and myself and my 19 year would have to spend the night in the airport i was very upset and so was my daughter who was suffering from panic attacks . I explained all this but she kept saying it not are fault and its not down to us like a robot. After begging my boss to lead me the flight money and book it igot a flight in the afternoon . After spending the night and almost having our luggage stolen . I would never book.and recommend travel republic to anyone. So uncaring left to rot at at the airport
