We booked transfer to and from hotel.. we were dropped off at a bus stop at bottom of a hill. Driver didn’t know where hotel was so was left to find it. We had 3 cases and had to walk a long distance up a hill to find hotel. I am disabled with severe walking difficulties and registers disabled. We booked b&b. First morning tried breakfast. Was unable to eat anything in restaurant. Bacon and sausages inedible. All Luke warm. Had to eat out everyday. Our last night at 8 pm a note put under our door to say all electric in hotel will be switched off between 1 & 6 am. Scheduled maintainable. Totally unacceptable to not be told this in advance. Hotel should not be booked on this date. I suffer from sleep deprivation so need tv, light and hot drink. Nightmare being awake in pitch darkness. Very long and tiring night
