We arrived on a flight from Heathrow to Barcelona at 12.30am. The car hire company OK rentals was aware of our flight number and time of arrival. However when we waited at the instructed meeting point no one picked us up. We had our parents aged 90 and 86 with us. After 40 minutes had to return to the terminal and then found the OK car rental office and the man was locking up and going home and wouldn't give us the car. We then had to rebook with SIXT who were open. We finally got to our accommodation at 5am. We have contacted DOYOUSPAIN multiple times both in Spanish and English for a refund of deposit paid 156 euros. DOYOUSPAIN admit they have offered a terrible service and promise a refund but they don't actually refund. OK car rental do not admit any responsibility as the deposit was paid to DOYOUSPAIN. Come on pay up!
