Complaint against Menzies Aviation
I flew via British Airways to South Africa in December. The baggage took over an hour to be offloaded by Menzies even though the plane landed close to the baggage collection area. Because of that I missed my connecting flight. Worst of all I was flying alone with two young children. We spent four hours without anything to eat or drink because Menzies customer service couldn't be bothered to say sorry or ask if we were okay even once. Eventually I demanded meal vouchers. We were delayed by eight hours, having flown a long haul through the night. The counter staff were unfriendly and inconsiderate. We weren't even treated like people. My poor children had to walk miles from one end of the airport to the other because Menzies were understaffed and weren't answering the airport phone. It was the worst travel experience of my life.
