Complaint against Menzies Aviation

I would like to complain about delayed baggage. We flew from T2 on 23/7 On a holiday of a lifetime to Australia we arrived in Singapore to find we had no luggage to continue our journey we received 1 bag 4 days later and the other bag 11 days into our holiday. This caused us much stress

have the same experience! worst courier service company I had. i regret not the pickup the luggages myself in the first place. Make you feel stupid when talking to them. No document or signature taken during collection. Nice one!
