2 Menzies employees acting as airports employees on boarding for flight W63303 from Cluj to Luton, 11:30, May 28. Over difference in size of the trolleys of two underage passengers, the 2 Menzies staff (a man and a woman who refused to show their badge lDs) started arguing with the adult passengers travelling with the said children. They were repeatedly intimidating and bullying the passangers into paying extra (without even mentioning a due amount), threatening that otherwise they would personally see that the passengers would not board the flight. The children were crying, parents were getting angry, border police had to be called in, while the staff kept smirking, stating outloud "there s nothing you can do to me, l don't even work for the airline compay, l'm with Menzies". It was the most appalling behaviour l have witnessed lately. The parents eventually just left the bags in the airport and were only able to board the plane at the insistence of the police.
