Complaint against Hoseasons Holidays

I booked a lodge break in a rural location you have to drive I was involved in a car accident which was not my fault the driver wrote my car off my foot is in plaster I contacted hoeseasons to try and negotiate a change of location to a site I can access by train it was in a week's time but I didn't ask for this to happen they said no without no explanation or care or consideration for what I had experienced they offered nothing not even to change the dates I'm disgusted they were so rude to me so the result is I've lost £355

I would suggest you consider a small claims court case. I won after 2 attempts. The first time they paid me nearly £600 short of what they had agreed. I put in another claim and they got back to me in 2 days and have now paid the full amount, costs, compensation and it has cost them over £700 more . Get any agreement in writing by registered post (cost them £6.70 in my case!

I have copies of my Small claims court Documentation and the Statement of Truth signed by their customer operations manager. When she called me she claimed she had ageed by mistake! Totally unethical company .... If you are thinking of using them ... DON'T!
