Complaint against Hoseasons Holidays

Booked caravan at Loch Awe online and when arrived we got put in different caravan of a much lower standard, when we complained on site the said our caravan we paid for had been replaced few months before and hoseasons hadn’t updated there website, when hoseasons eventually got bk to us they said Loch Awe said the pics were like for like so I contacted Loch Awe and they denied this and agree the caravan we got is no up to standard we paid for, eventually spoke same person at hoseasons and they would give name of person they allegedly spoke to then said because our holidays over there’s nothing they can do

I have been through hell & high water trying to get through to Hoseseasons, because of a double booking , now after my holiday I am £1.300 out of pocket and I literally don't know where to turn ? It seems they are very quick to take your money, but it's like they don't exist when there is a problem . I am at my wits end . Can anybody help me ? Please. Claire
