Had numerous problems with transfers, planes and delayed luggage

Complaint against Virgin Holidays

The planes were American Airlines not virgin and weren't made clear when booking. The planes had no entertainment on board. Baggage was delayed for 3 days. Had to buy clothes and toiletries and waste time doing this, missing time to enjoy our city break. Transfer did not take us to airport from New York to JFK. Transfer from Vegas to airport did not take us to correct departure gate. My husband was not issued with a boarding pass coming home as he was booked as staff and on standby, he is not staff and was never told he was on standby. Did not have time to enjoy city break or see all the sights due to all the things that went wrong. It was meant to be a special holiday for my 30th birthday and as a first time parent. Felt very stressed and upset and let down by Virgin. Virgin are taking no responsibility for anything and trying to blame it all on me.
