Complaint against Drayton Manor
Almost every ride had a 1-2 hour queue (many rides were closed), even the small non-thrill rides. While queueing there was no protection from the sun and a memeber of staff also told us not to sit on the railings, so we had to stand for the whole time. The queue for food was also 30 mins. After over five hours at the park we got on three small kids rides! That was it! Customer services have told me they will not refund me and have not offered any form of compensation such as free tickets so I can only assume they think my day was value for money. The park clearly let too many people in for the park to handle.
