Complaint against Ibis

when our coach arrived at the "ibis styles, crewe" the staff acted as if they hadnt a clue that a block booking had been placed and therefore it took quite a time to get the rooms sorted out and i might point out it was nearly "dinner" time so we hadnt really much time to get ready for dinner wich at best was passable, after dinner we changed for drinks and spent time in the bar which in its self was an experience, it took an age to get served and when eventually on getting served there wasnt enough "float" in the till for change, the bedroom lacked a carpet and a wardrobe but the bed was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was seved from 6.30 onwards and we managed to get in for 7.35ish all the breakfast items were cold or insipidly warm and i thnk not because the food had been in the keeping trays but that the keeping trays were not warmed in any way and niether were the plates warmed either, all in all the IBIS was a bad experience especially when the rest of the weekend went swimingly well with a driver whom interacted with all the passengers very well !!!!!
