I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Travel Agency Sunshine

Complaint against sunshine.co.uk

The issue that I have experienced was: I wanted to change the dates to our holiday (original booking SUN8770691B), was advised to book a new holiday (new booking SUN8915503B) and then cancel the old one.. Paid £624.34 deposit for the new booking to then find out cancellation costs £758.42.. They said we had 2 days to decide whether we want to proceed with changes or not, and as these charges were higher than expected we decided to stick to our original booking.. I was then advised that £624.34 paid for the new booking is non refundable!!! Why can they not tell us all this before paying all this money!!! I have a part time job, saved up my money from last year for this holiday and now can't even afford to pay the full amount for my holiday.. please help me to get this issue sorted, I have paid £1248.76 so far and still have to pay another £1,495.70 for a holiday that was £2,120.04 in total! It occurred on: 28/06/2019 This meant that I can no longer afford to pay for my holiday since I'm not getting my £624.34 back to put towards the total cost! I might have to cancel my holiday altogether after a whole year of saving up! Please help! Please provide refund of £624.34 or transfer towards my original booking. Original booking SUN8770691B New booking SUN8915503B I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
