Terrible Customer Service from start to finish

Complaint against National Car Rental

I rented a car from National Car rental. I called head office 2 weeks in advance to request an earlier pick up time - I was told no problem. However, when I turned up at branch to collect the car they had no knowledge of this change and I had to wait 3 hours for the car to turn up. No apology, help or alternates were offered and it made me over 5 hours late for my dads 70th birthday. Having raised a complaint 2 weeks ago the company are still trying to "find" my booking - absolutely disgraceful customer service
