Dear Sir or Madam I recently signed up to uber one month ago in that time period i was given a confirmation code for a free ride but the confirmation code did not work I then asked the driver if I would be charged extra he told me no a few weeks later I check my account balance to find I'm over charged a price of 140 pounds i have a condition known as autism it affects how I view people and perceive the world and interact with others. I struggle to build a social life life, can be harder. for me to understand most of the time having had persistent difficulties with social communication like most Autistic people i myself have difficulties with interpreting both verbal and non-verbal language like gestures or tone of voice.  facial expressions jokes and sarcasm. I am suffering from mental health disorders I am currently on medication for my anxiety Living with depression is difficult the last 4 years of my life has not been easy There are many reasons why I am unhappy with your company i feel like your company does not directly respond to my request the confirmation code does not always work. the uber company needs to give people a chance to put things right. Im really not impressed by your company im losing sleep @ night im having panic attacks im really sacred im freaking out im a new user of uber my bank has over charged me im really scared im losing my mind I'm remaining lost upset confused failed once again by your organization policy i followed all the instructions of your company I would like a replacement fund as the code uber gave me did not register.
