Complaint against Commuter Club

Please refrain from joining this service The customer service is absolutely appalling!! They messed up my ticket by creating an account in the wrong name to start this off badly, because of this I was then left without a ticket which I was told to then go to national rail stations to buy paper tickets everyday until the replacement arrived, This was most inconvenient as I am an underground commuter not only did this leave me out of pocket they don't communicate with you, I had to then send these paper tickets back which again is inconvenient as this was a problem from there end not mine. I am now due a refund which I am still waiting for and we are in Jan this all happened in Dec, they don't respond unless you scream down the phone to them even then they don't take action and don't care at all which makes this even more stressful they kept saying sorry but did nothing!! I've spoke to 5 different people my case doesn't get looked at 2 of these people are "managers" When I asked to get a name so I can escalate this case. I am still waiting for my money! I have been so stressed by this experience with this company
