Complaint against Commuter Club
Worst refund experience ever! On July my oyster presented a defect and I had to request a replacement card. Whilst I was waiting for it, I had to buy a weekly travel card. Once the new card arrived, I requested reimbursement for the recent bought travel card. I sent it through Royal Mail first class on the 11th of July and since then I still haven't got my refund! If it wasn't me chasing them they would never say a thing! The initial email I sent to them was on the 9th of August, OVER A MONTH AGO! It's been over 2 months since this nightmare begun and no one can resolve my problem. I have already wasted all the patience I had left.
