Complaint against On the Beach
I requested to change a passenger name a month before i was due to go on holiday not only did this cost £170 with £60 of that being an 'admin fee' but at first they only added it to the outbound flight but after i called them i got new confirmation for both flights so i thought it was sorted now Im 4 days away from my holiday and went on the ryan air website to check in online only to discover it still had the old passenger name on the outbound flight i have called numerous times now which are charged calls to be told it would be fixed yesterday and it has not. Do not book with them.
