Complaint against On the Beach
Stayed for one week at hotel playa can pastilla all inclusive booked through on the beach.we arrived at hotel at10.30 pm.The food was very cheap quality and ALWAYS Luke warm. As meat and fish cooked should be kept at a suitable temperature I complained to the owner and manager. I also asked why all inclusive guests only had basic food and drink as to upgrade had to be paid for as extra. The owner by the name of Antonio straight away denied that the food was lukewarm and more often than not cold and said to my husband and myself that we should eat bread as this was always available. I stated that this was not acceptable on an all inclusive holiday which whilst staying there we found out that we had paid much more for our holiday than anyone else staying there had.Antonio then told me to shut up. When my husband interviewed politely Antonio then went on to say that he could take things further in a nasty menacing voice. He knew people that could deal with us.A total threat
