Complaint against On the Beach

I recently stayed at this hotel on the 8th October until 16th October 2016. It was a shambles. I asked to complain and got told i had to do it online, we paid £900 and i am so angry as it was my first holiday abroad and it was ruined. First of all, we had to pay €34 for the safe- we were never told this when we booked so we used our spending money for this. The room stunk of a drain and there was rude staff and rude stayers, we waited 20 minutes for one drink as everyone kept pushing in and not respecing us. There was a charge for the remote control, none of this was explained when we booked so we were wasting our spending money so it limited us on our days out. The gym had 5 pieces of equipment- Absolutely pathetic as we were expecting a good gym to work out in as it was an adults hotel. Room below us were playing music until late so kept us up. Drunk people making so much noise until half midnight outside the room. Shoe marks and dirty marks on the wall and the entertainment was a disgrace. I will not be returning and hoped for some money back as i paid so much for a rubbish holiday. Not happy at all.
