Teletext miss sold my holiday! Poor customer service

Complaint against Teletext Holidays

I booked a holiday on Friday, the agent told me the hotel was in Benidorm and 50 minutes from Alicante airport. I looked up the hotel the next morning and it's not even in Benidorm, it's a 3 hour drive away which I specif told the agent I did not want to travel that far after my flight. When I called back the next morning the next agent told me I would get a call back within 24-48 hrs. I did not get a call back. I called on Monday afternoon and a lady checked some hotels for me, she couldn't find one in Benidorm to exchange it for and would call me back at 17.30. No call back again. I had to call again being placed on hold for 40 minutes the next agent said he would listen to the call and clarify if it was an agent error and ring back in 24hrs. No call back again! I had to call againg and was on hold for 45 minutes, the agent who answers did not have the call information I required and couldn't help me exchange my hotel either. Now I have to wait for another call back which I know I will not receive. The customer service is horrendous and no one is willing to just help me. I am willing to find my own hotel or pay extra but no agent is interested. I will never use this company again and hope my audio proves that I was lied to in order to get a sale.
