Complaint against Teletext Holidays

I booked with Teletext and first the total was £298,so I booked.Mysteriously the next invoice said £307,£10 I'll ignore it I thought. Due to Monarch causing them to be overly busy they told me they weren't taking any payment October 3rd but would instead take £225 in January so I transferred all money to a seperate account in order to keep it safe. Today a sum of £84 came out of my account WITHOUT my permission. Of course I called Teletext,they barely spoke any English despite allegedly being an English company. After about 30 minutes the person I spoke to apologized and offered a refund (after accusing me of lying no less!) but when I said I spoke to Sebastien who gave me the infornation that no payments would be taken until January which I have evidence of he said there would be no refund after all but I would still pay £225 in January,so that's roughly £400 for something that started at £298,it is fraud so unless it is resolved within 48 hours I can and will prosecute. In short-Do NOT book with Teletext,you WILL lose a lot of money and you will NEVER speak to somebody who is fluent in English,don't even bother asking to speak to the manager,it took me 5 attempts to get the person I spoke to to understand the issue which was quite obvious!!!
