Complaint against Teletext Holidays

I booked a family holiday for June of this year 10 nights to fueterventura , when looking at the details I noticed we are only going for 9 days I phonetic say what is going on to be told that is what I booked. Erm no its not I would not book a holiday for 9 days (bit random ) I booked it for 10 nights and would only ever book a holiday for 7,10 or 14 nights. I asked them to listen back to the conversation with the agent who took booking to be told it's £10 what an absolute joke after the inconvenience they have just caused. In the end they offered £75 compensation if though they are still telling me that it's me that's in the wrong. When I made the booking the dates were 19th-29th June, then I asked if they had a better flight time on 19th to which he so no but I do on the 20th to which I agreed let's go with the 20th but what he not done was chang the return flight to a later date so we are cut short but out of pocket as well, I said I would take it further so then they offered £100 I refused and demanded that they add the extra day/night on free of charge to which he is do can not do that as can not get a flight. I am absolutely appalled my the rudeness of the supervisor that I spoke to the agent was very polite but the supervisor shouldn't have that position. So our family holiday and my 4 year old son's first time abroad has been cut short by someone's stupidity and not doing there jon properly and we are out of pocket. Shame on you teletext holidays and this will be going to watchdog
