Complaint against Teletext Holidays
Arrived at hotel 9 30pm to be told the hotel was closed we saw a man checking in reception called a taxi sent us to another hotel which we had to pay another transfer when we got there no facilities on sight had to walk up very steep hill to go to one restaurant and one shop which was closed more taxis to take us for food shops for 4 days finally got moved to another hotel another transfer phoned helpline umpteen time until one person got us moved but nothing about all our extra costs
