i recieved a email from teletext holidays saying the hotel i had paid for is now not available, so they offered me another hotel to stay in which i refused as it does not meet my requirements. i asked for a refund as i could not have the hotel i paid for and was told i cant have a refunded and have to take the replacement that was offered. teletext have taken 3000 pound off my money, i will be seeking legal advise
