i have booked a going Tunisia on 13/10/19 teletext holidays called to say Thomas cook has taken flight fare twice from my account I did not give Thomas cook my details the only company I have given the rights to use my account was teletext holidays so the have broken the data protection laws when I call to complain they kept putting me on hold to wait for a supervisor I first called at 1pm and the last call was at 8pm with same thing happening getting put on hold for 10-15 minuets at a time I was eventually got told I would get a call next day from a supervisor or manager this has not happened this started on 19th august 2019 it now 21st august 2019 I have been told it will take 4/5 working days to get my overcharge of £593-94 back into my account this is not acceptable
