Complaint against Teletext Holidays
I paid £50 for a transfer during a holiday which never showed up, I was advised to make my own arrangements and I would be redunded. It cost £90 to get to the airport, I emailed them straight away with proof and they said they required 28 days to process it. 30 days later no response, phone them they live to just put you on hold and the number is one that charges. Finally got through she took my name and ref put me on hold for 12 mins and the call disconnected. I am raging and feel like I'm just never going to get this money back!
