Complaint against Teletext Holidays

Booked a 2 bedroomed holiday was put in a one bedroomed Needed 2 as l foster and he needed his own room Complained at reception 5 times to ask them to move me. Showed them my booking details and explained the situation but all they kept saying was you have one bedroom and one in the lounge which to them means 2 bedrooms My foster son was very upset and anxious it spoilt our first holiday with him He thought it was all his fault and did not want me to keep going with the issue I was told that the hotel manager he did not have 2 bedrooms Been mis sold this holiday by teletext, could have booked loads of places much better facilities but the first priority was 2 bedroomed Livid that it was spoilt my foster sons first experience Never ever had to complain in over 40 years
