Aweful company!

Complaint against Opodo

I should have read the reviews before booking through Opodo. Such a long list of negative comments, and now I know why. They messed up my booking in an obvious way, by not forwarding Ryanair my payment for baggage, but wanted me to send a screen shot to prove the error! A screen shot!... when all they had to do was look at the booking confirmation email they had sent me. They then wanted me to send another payment to Ryanair and claim the money back. No, I'm not doing after reading so many reviews from people who didn't receive their refund. Fortunately It is 2 months until my flight, but after numerous emails and phonecalls to customer services, when they continually promise to sort it out, I'm not feeling at all confident. In effect they have stolen money from me. It's a disgraceful company.
