Complaint against Opodo

When you book a Ryanair flight with Opodo, you have the option to pay for either hand luggage or check in baggage. I paid 2 x 20kg baggage, which came to £70. All that was sent was a ryanair flight confirmation, nothing from opodo... I thought this was normal. We then went to Malta airport with our boarding passes and they told us baggage hadn't been paid for. I argued this for 25 minutes, even showing my email confirmations. When looking back at the confirmations it doesnt mention what baggage is included or the breakdown cost. Just the total!! which was also £60 more than what was quoted. As they add on fees at the end, which they don't tell you about! I then staright away went on twitter to contact opodo. No response, Time was ticking so we went to the ryanir desk. They said we have to pay for baggage (108 EUROS!!) and then take it up with opodo once home. When Opodo finally replied they said they could only give us £40 in opodo vouchers to spend with them within 6 months?! their telephone customer service is impossible to get through to. They wont give you their email address and they were very plascid on twitter. Worst customer service experience ive ever had. Then I asked for their head office and managers details, email, telephone and they REFUSED to give this! I am now £150 out of pocket just from booking a ryanair flight through opodo. Whats even worse is loads of people replied to my tweet that the same thing happened to them and then my client at work said it happened to them last Sunday!! its a complete scam with Opodo/Ryanair. I want my £150 back!! can you help???
