Booked flights, not recevied confirmation after 9 days, 5 phone calls and 2 emails. Charge incorrect

Complaint against Opodo

Terrible experience. Booked flights online with luggage. Confirmation not received so made 5 phone calls over the last week and sent 2 emails and not been resolved plus my account has been debited for more than what was agreed at transaction stage and I only have 1 flight with luggage not 2. I can't stress how frustrating this in. I deserve a confirmation to my booking with the detail of what I have paid for by law! Over the phone they tell me I have luggage but the airline says I don't. As I don't have confirmation I cannot contest the increase in charges.
